At Frontline Analysts, you are a risk taker. Based on a thorough strategic understanding of the companies and industries that you specialise in, you will make a recommendation to buy/sell bonds or lend/not lend. You will be held accountable for those views, succeeding and being rewarded when your views generate profits for your clients.

Depending on client requirements, you may spend your day discussing results, M&A events, rumours and market flows with traders, sales, originators, fund managers or a bank’s end-client asset managers and hedge funds.

Frontline Analysts is an ultra high end KPO, operating right at the top of the value chain. Our people are not juniors answering to senior analysts in London or New York. We are the senior analysts.

Our analysts are 100% IIM or equivalent.

We encourage applications which fulfil the following requirements:

• MBA from IIM or equivalent. You must have been ranked in the top half of your year. Please make sure you send your final year score
• CA, all-India ranked
• At least 2 years of experience of corporate analysis of Indian or non-Indian firms. This experience must involve giving views on those firms
• Willingness to travel regularly to Europe
• Statement of current compensation

Remuneration is commensurate with the elite nature of the job.
