Offshoring

Recruiting, training and managing teams of analysts in India employed by us or by you, on your premises or at one of our centres.

Our guarantees

Our analysts are always distinguished by their high levels of technical skills, their attitude, communication skills and ability to add value and think outside the box.

Two things are always guaranteed you get expertly selected, highly trained desk ready analysts and costs will be significantly lower than in-house equivalent.

We’re so confident of this, if you are not happy with our analysts or their output at the end of a 6- month trial period we’ll give you 110% of our fee back.

How we add value

The value-added part of capital markets analysis is closely related to tacit and judgmental skills. There is no doubt that understanding context and market history is key to good analysis.

Our unique training programme delivers this value-added approach to a level on a par with training for capital markets analysts in the City of London or on Wall Street. It is modeled on the apprenticeships that have been used for hundreds of years in the financial sector: a smart new apprentice works hard under a craft master to learn the technical skills, but more importantly to learn the judgement required.

Cultural fit and understanding are crucial in ensuring our analysts fit into our client’s processes and methodologies. Our training process is tailored to their particular requirements, but in essence is about ensuring:

  • Contextual awareness to understand the big picture
  • High-quality technical skills
  • How to communicate with global capital markets clients
  • How to understand the client’s business so that the right product is delivered at the right time to the best quality

Compliance awareness

Frontline Analysts was founded by a cadre of ex UK bank regulators. We carry this culture forward to all of our global locations and all of our training programs. Since 2005, Frontline Analysts is proud to say that it has had a perfect compliance record.

Our people

Too often, offshore analysts are seen merely as number-crunchers when the truth is that they have far more to offer. When dealing with Frontline, you can put behind you the frustrations of dealing with mass market offshore services where analysts lack engagement and understanding. Local graduates can be a real burden to bring up to speed, draining time and eating up budgets. We have taken that to heart when it comes to recruiting and training: we only hire the brightest and best MSc, PhD and MBA graduates and put them through our unique training and coaching programme.

As a result, we have created teams of analysts that work exclusively and confidentially for our clients. They are high-quality chartered accountants and financial specialists, trained and mentored by European and US capital markets analysts with both buy-side and sell-side experience. This means they provide a level of service exactly as clients would receive from an elite European MBA analyst with two years’ experience.

They are highly-qualified City analysts trained to international standards technically and also proficient in the soft skills needed to add real value: opinion, judgement, communication and innovative thinking.
